Application Eligibility Criteria for Admission
Our high school program covers Grades 9–12.
International students in Grades 8–12, aged 13–18, are eligible to apply for the high school OSSD program.
Mature students aged 19–22 who have completed their high school education in their home country can apply for our university preparation program (Grade 12).
Application Procedure
Step 1: Apply for Admission
Submit the following materials via email to info@hallmarkacademy.ca
- A photocopy of the applicant’s Photo ID (passport pages)
- 4 Passport size Photographs
- The Admission Application Form along with an application fee
- Academic transcripts from the last three years (with English translation and official school seal)
- Proof of English proficiency (optional) such as an IELTS or TOEFL report
Step 2: Conditional Offer
If the applicant meets the school’s admission requirements, a Conditional Offer, tuition and fee invoice, and a list of additional required documents will be sent via email.
Step 3: Tuition Payment and Official Letter of Acceptance
Upon payment of the tuition fee, the applicant will receive the Official Letter of Acceptance, payment receipt, and guardian documents (for students under 18). These documents are essential for the student visa application on campus registration upon arrival.
Step 4: Refund Policy
If a student’s visa application is denied, the applicant must provide the refusal letter issued by the Canadian Immigration Office, along with the Letter of Acceptance and tuition receipt.
Once these documents are received, the school will issue a full refund of the tuition fee, deducting only the application fee
- Students residing in Canada will require a personal interview.
- International students are required to write English and Math Test upon arrival.
